WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
90 min.....$450 + GST
60 min.....$300 + GST
45 min.....$240 + GST
30 min.....$160 + GST
*only 60 min Wellness Consultations can be booked online if you haven't worked with me before - if you schedule a consult of less than 60 min your first time, we will cancel it and call you to reschedule
*if you are a current patient already, you can book Wellness Consultations of variable lengths
*Momentum Consultations and Wellness Consultations can only be submitted for insurance coverage if you have a health spending account
VIP Mentorship Consultations, Momentum Consultations, Wellness Consultations and functional testing are not covered by insurance in Canada at this time even though I'm a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (FMCP). However, if invoices are submitted by patient to a Health Spending Account, coverage may be available.
Bloodwork is subsidized by the government if requested by a practitioner through AHS in Alberta. Check with your provincial rules if outside of AB. Review of the bloodwork is not covered, except perhaps through a health spending account, and must be paid paid separately by the patient and then submitted for coverage, if available.
